
The larder
Our meat, the backbone of this farm. Venison – probably the most understated meat. It is not only delicious, but also incredibly good for you. With high iron levels, as well as B12 and the fact it is a lean meat, it makes it the perfect all round meat to choose. Not to add its incredibly sustainable. Then we have our lamb and hogget. Grass fed, slow grown and happy. We look after these animals as though they are all part of the family, which not only makes it incredibly hard when they go, but we are intensely proud of what we produce. We have many other cuts of meat available so please pop into our shop or get in touch to order. We hope you enjoy x
